一氧化碳中毒的颅脑CT检查

CT for Acute CO Poisoning.

一氧化碳中毒是北方冬季威胁人民生命健康的常见疾病。本文对51例急性CO中毒患者进行了颅脑CT检查,观察其脑部CT的改变,并结合随访结果,探讨其与预后的关系。

Cranial CT scanning were made on 51 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning. CT findings ronld be grouped into four types: normal; low density areas in the globus pallidus; low density changes in the cerebral white matter, and brain atrophy in the later period. Degree of brain damage as well as patient's prognosis could be well evaluated with dynamic CT studies.
