高新技术产业发展需要政府的支持,政府在制定高新技术发展政策时要在遵循基本原则的基础上,扩大其服务管理职能,并建立和完善包括财政、税收、金融、知识产权、人才开发和激励等政策支持体系,以更好地促进我国高新技术产业良性发展。

The development of high-tech industry needs the support of government.Government should be on the basis of following basic principles while making the development policy for high technology,expanding its service managerial function,and setting up and improving policy-sup- port system including fiscal measures,taxation,finance,intellectual property rights,talents'de- velopment and incentive mechanism,international trade policy,etc.,so as to promote sustainable development of high-tech industry in our country.
