摘要
急性心肌梗死仍旧是全球的常见死亡原因之一。尽管很多发达国家的冠心病死亡率在下降，但大多数东欧和发展中国家仍在增加。估计在英国有120万名心脏病的幸存者，但其中只有很少部分患者接受了综合的心脏康复治疗。有明确的证据显示一些干预措施能减少疾病复发和死亡的危险。
