摘要
对CSP生产线上生产的细晶高强度热轧汽车板冷弯时的微裂形成的原因进行了实验和分析。结果表明: 表面微裂纹与表面的粗晶和混晶有关;而横向冷弯时的微裂纹主要与次表层被压扁和成方向性的晶粒及混晶有 关;消除混晶和方向性的变形晶粒,则冷弯微裂纹即可避免。
<abstract>e mechanism of microcrack formation of high strength and fine grain automobile steel plate produced by CSP line during cold bending experiment has been investigated . It is found the major cause which forms surface microcrack during cold bending results from the bigger ferrite structure and mixed grain in the surface ; the major cause which forms surface microcrack during transversal cold bending results from the ferrite structure elongated by rolling in subsurface of the plate and the orientation for deformation ability of the plate due to the structure. When the orientation structure and mixed grain were eliminated, the microcrack formed during cold bending can be avoided.
