摘要
物体的比热是随应力而变化的。如果能够精确的控制注入构件表面能量,并准确测量由此而产生的温升,就可以得到一条与构件残余应力相关的温升曲线。我们利用激光器和红外热成像仪对焊接试板的残余应力进行了测量,结果表明,构件由于残余应力引起的温升变化是可测的,残余应力的热评价方法是一种很有前途的新方法。
Object specific heat Change with the stress in it . If we can control the amount of the energy inpouring into the object surface and precisely measure the temperature changes, we can get a temperature risen curve related with the object residual stress distribution. We were measured the residual stress in welding plates using a lager and an infrared thermovideo. Such results are concluded. The temperature rise resulting from residual stress is measurable. The residual stress thermal evaluation is a very promising method.
