在目前使用的普通硬质聚氯乙烯冲击改性方法中,传统的冲击改性方法虽然提高了型材的冲击强度,但是耐候性能不过关。研发了相应的ACR方法,提高型材冲击强度的同时也保证了材料的耐候性能,采用该方法生产的异型材各项性能指标都超过相应的国家标准。

The traditional method of impact modification can enhance the impact strength of rigid PVC profiles,but will not be of benefit to the property of weathering resistance.However,relevant ACR method increases the impact strength of the profiles and ensures its weathering resistance.Every property of the profiles made by this method is higher than the specification listed in the national standards GB.
