正交设计在非卤阻燃ABS制备中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 利用正交设计法研究由Al(OH)3和Mg(OH)2为主阻燃剂,红磷等为增效剂,采用原位反应增容技术制备的阻燃ABS材料。通过方差分析,探讨了含极性基团的乙烯基单体A、B和引发剂DCP的用量以及它们之间的相互作用对阻燃ABS力学性能、阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明,引发剂DCP和含极性基团的乙烯基单体A用量的变化对阻燃ABS各指标的影响显著,含极性基团的乙烯基单体B的用量改变对阻燃ABS的性能无明显影响,但是这3个因素之间存在相互作用,而且这些交互作用对阻燃ABS的综合性能有一定的影响,当引发剂DCP、含极性基团的乙烯基单体A和B的用量分别为1 5份、10份和30份时,制备的阻燃母粒可使阻燃ABS获得最好的综合性能。 The orthogonal design was utilized to study the materials of halogen-free flame retardant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS) prepared by in-situ reactive compatibility using Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2 as primary flame retardant and red phosphorus as synergistic agent.The effects of contents and their interaction of initiator DCP and vinyl monomers containing polar groups on the mechanical properties and flame-retardant property of flame retardant ABS were investigated by variance analysis.The experimental results showed that the varied contents of initiator DCP and vinyl monomer A containing polar groups had obvious influences on the mechanical properties and flame-retardant property of flame retardant ABS,and contents of vinyl monomer B containing polar groups had no great influences on their mechanical properties and flame-retardant property.But there were interactions in these three factors and their interactions had some influences on the property of flame retardant ABS.When content of initiator DCP,vinyl monomer containing polar groups A and B was 1.5phr, 10phr and 30phr respectively,the flame retardant ABS prepared by flame-retardant masterbatch had the best properties.
