老年人头面部血管肉瘤1例

Cutaneous angiosarcoma of the head in an old man

报告1例老年人头面部血管肉瘤。患者男,70岁。头顶部出现紫红色斑块,伴破溃4个月。检查见头顶及前额部可见 一紫黑色斑块,约2.0 cm×4.5 cm×0.5 cm大,表面有黄豆大的结节,溃破伴有黑色结痂。组织病理检查示,真皮及皮下组织内 多数不规则的血管腔、裂隙及增生的内皮细胞团块,细胞核大,有明显异形。免疫组化染色示FVⅢ(++),CD31(+++)。

A 70-year-old man presented violaceons plaques on his scalp for 4 months. Physical examination revealed a purple black plaqune (2.0 cm f33 4.5 cm f33 0.5cm) on the vertex of the scalp and forehead with noclnles and nlcers. Histopathological examination demonstrated a diffuse cellular infiltration throughout the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Adnexal structures were surrounded by neoplastic cells. There were many irregular vascular lumens, dells and proliferated endothelial cell masses with large atypical nuclei. Immunohistochemically, tnmor cells stained positively for CD31 and FVⅢ.
