摘要
介绍四种人字形切槽断裂韧度试样,短圆棒、短方棒(以上两种统称短棒)、三点弯曲方棒和三点弯曲圆棒。这些新颖的试样克服传统直裂纹试样的一些缺点,使测试方法更加方便和经济,其中的短棒试样还有体积小巧的优点,这对研究环境(腐蚀、幅射、围压和温度)和工艺(热处理、成分和加工)对各种材料断裂韧度的影响十分有利。国际上权威的学术机构(ASTM,ISRM)已将短棒和三点弯曲圆棒试样标准化。除了主要用于 K_(IC)测试外,还有潜力用于 K_(ISCC)、da/dn 等其它断裂参数的测试。
this paper was introduced four kinds of chevron-notched fracture toughness specimens:short rod, short bar,three-point bend bar and three-point bend rod.These new specimens overcomed some shortcomings of traditional straight-through-cracked specimens,made testing more convenient and ecnomical,furthermore, the short rods amd short bars can be made with miniature volume,which made them beneficial in studying the ef- fect of environment (erosion,radiation,hydraulic pressure and temperature) and technological process (heat treat- ment,composition and manufacture) on fracture toughness of materials.Except for being used mainly for testing K_(1c),they are potentially useful for testing K_(1scc)、da/dn and other fracture parameters.
