000Cr10Ni14Si5不锈钢具有良好的力学性能、耐高温性能以及抗腐蚀性能,但该材料的焊接性差,工艺要求难度大。针对其特点提出了合理的焊接工艺措施,成功地解决了000Cr10Ni14Si5不锈钢的焊接难题。
Stainless steel 000Cr10Ni14Si5 has good mechanical properties, heat-resistance and corrosion-resistance. However, the material has poor weldability and high technology requirement. The article provides a reasonable welding technology according to its characteristics, and the spot welding practices of stainless steel 000Cr10Ni14Si5 are successfully carried out.
