足球式球罐的整体无模成形有限元分析

摘要 用非线性有限元程序对32面足球式不锈钢壳体的整体液压胀球过程进行了模拟分析,总结讨论了壳体各典型部位的变形规律和特点,分析了壳体板面的应力分布和应变分布及其变化规律,以及胀后的残余应力分布特点。指出了改善整体液压胀球工艺的措施,并与实验结合进行了对比,结果表明有限元结果与实验结果相吻合。 In this paper,the integrally hydrobulging process of a 32-petal spherical tank with a soccer struc- ture was simulated and analysed using nonlinear finite element method.The deformation regularities and features of some typical positions of the shell were summarised and discussed.The stress and strain distribution and their variation regularities were analysed.The measures taken to improve the new technology have been pointed out,and the FEM results have been also compared with those of the experiments.
