摘要
根据螺旋错绕式高压容器的结构、变形及层间摩擦特点,系统地导出了该型容器的总体应力计算公式,并用(?)500mm 内径扁平绕带容器的试验结果,对现有的几种应力计算法作了对比分析。结果表明本文的计算公式有足够的精度,可用于强度设计计算。
Based on the structure′ deformation and interfacial friction characteristic of cross-helically wound high pressure vessel,general stress formulae were systematically derived.Comparisons between experimental re- suits and calculation data using the stress formulae available have shown that the formulae in this paper were quite accurate,and therefore may be used in strength calculation.
