摘要
总结了拉伸超载对低碳低合金钢及其焊接件疲劳性能的影响的实验结果,并据此提出了寿命估算模型。本文的实验结果再次表明,载荷谱中的大、小载荷交互作用可用超载效应予以定量地表征。低碳低合金钢切口试件和焊接件的超载效应接近于零,因而可用 Miner 定则和裂纹起始寿命曲线估算变幅载荷下的始裂寿命,无需考虑载荷交互作用。对于光滑试件超载产生负效应,因而在寿命估算时应考虑载荷交互作用效应和载荷顺序效应。
The overloading effects on the fatigue behaviour of low Carbon low alloy steels were experimentally investigated.Test results showed that overloading had no remarkable effect on the fatigue crack initiation(FCI) life of notched specimens,and that the FCI life curve or expression and Miner’s rule can be directly used to predict FCI life under variable amplitude loading.However,overloading decreased the fatigue life of smooth specimens, Therefore,the load sequence effect should be taken into account in predicting the fatigue life of the smooth speci- mens of low carbon low alloy steels under variable amplitude loading.
