摘要 目的 评价99Tcm HYNIC TOC显像对生长抑素受体阳性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法  86例患者进行99Tcm HYN IC TOC显像 ,其中神经内分泌肿瘤 47例 ,非神经内分泌肿瘤 19例 ,良性疾病 2 0例。静注99Tcm HYNIC TOC 3 5 0~ 40 0MBq后 1、4h行全身显像 ,阳性区域行单光子发射 /X线透射断层显像 (SPECT/CT)。 结果 99Tcm HYNIC TOC显像阳性3 8例 ,其中神经内分泌肿瘤 3 4例 ,非神经内分泌肿瘤 3例 ,良性疾病 1例 ,其诊断灵敏度、特异性、准确率分别是 81.4%、99.5 %和 88.0 %。结论 99Tcm HYNIC TOC显像可有效帮助诊断及定位神经内分泌肿瘤。 Objective To assess the diagnostic value of somatostatin receptor imaging with 99 Tc m-HYNIC-TOC ( 99 Tc m-hydrazinon-icotinyl-Tyr3-octreotide) for the localization of somatostatin receptor (SSTR)- positive tumours. Methods Total 86 patients including 47 neuroendocrine tumors (NET), 19 non-neuroendrocrine tumors and 20 benign lesions were enrolled in this study. Regional, whole body planer scans and SPECT/CT tomography (in positive cases) were performed at 1 and 4 hours after an intravenous injection of 350-400 MBq 99 Tc m-HYNIC-TOC. Results Positive findings were obtained in 38 of 86 patients, including 34 neuroendocrine tumors, 3 non- neuroendrocrine tumors, and 1 benign lesion. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 99 Tc m-HYNIC-TOC imaging for NET were 81.4%,99.5% and 88.0%, respectively. Conclusion 99 Tc m -HYNIC-TOC imaging is helpful for the diagnosis and localization of NET and other SSTR-positive tumours. It is also useful to the detection of residual tumor after operation, and thus is helpful to the evaluation of therapeutic response.
