摘要
目的 探讨肾脏及肾肿瘤的CT灌注成像方法及价值。方法 对 11例受检者肾脏进行同层动态扫描。扫描参数包括 :层厚 3mm ,在对比剂注射后第 7s开始扫描 ,间隔扫描时间为 3s ,共扫描 12层 ,对比剂按 1ml/kg计算给药 ,经肘前静脉单相注射 ,注射流量为 3ml/s。取得正常肾脏 (n =13 )及肾肿瘤 (n =9)血流量 (BF)图。结果 正常肾皮质BF为(15 7.3± 2 0 .5 )ml/(min·10 0ml) ,恶性肿瘤BF为 (85 .4± 43 .8)ml/(min·10 0ml)。
Objective To study the value of CT perfusion in kidney and renal tumor. Methods The single-section CT dynamic scan was performed on 9 patients with renal tumors (8 malignant and 1 benign) and 2 healthy subjects with following scan parameters: 7 s delay, 3 s scan interval, total 12 images. Contrast medium was given at the flow rate of 3 ml/s from forearm superficial vein at 1 ml/ kg. Time-density curves and blood flow (BF) graphics of 9 renal tumors and 13 normal kidneys were then obtained. Results The mean BF in renal cortex was (157.3±20.5) ml/(min·100 ml), different from that of malignant renal tumors [85.4±43.8 ml/(min·100 ml)]. Conclusion CT perfusion can be used to quantify the blood flow of kidney and renal tumor.
