Echocardiographic evaluation of myocardial strain rate of the left ventricle and its influencing factors in healthy adults

摘要 目的 观察正常成年人左室心肌应变率 (strainrate ,SR)参数并分析其影响因素。方法 观测 5 5例健康志愿者不同左室壁心肌收缩期、舒张早期和房缩期SR峰值 ,并分析年龄、性别、心率和体表面积的影响。结果 不同左室壁之间SR参数不存在显著性差异 ;年龄与收缩期和舒张早期SR呈显著负相关 ,而与房缩期SR呈正相关。在≥ 60岁组 ,舒张早期SR显著降低 ,而房缩期SR显著升高。结论 左室心肌应变率不存在部位差异 。 Objective To investigate the normal values of myocardial strain rate (SR) and related factors. Methods Fifty-five healthy volunteers were enrolled in the study [male 28 and female 27, mean age of (44.5±15.6) years]. The peak SR at systole, early diastole and atrial contraction (PSSR, PESR and PASR for short respectively) were obtained and the influence of age, gender, heart rate and body surface area were analyzed. Results SR parameters at different walls of left ventricle showed no significant difference, indicating a homogeneous pattern in all walls of left ventricle. Age was correlated negatively with PSSR, PESR and positively with PASR, while heart rate, gender and body surface area indicated no relation with them. In healthy subjects ≥60 years old, PESR decreased while PASR increased significantly compared with those <60 years old. Conclusion Myocardial strain rate of left ventricle shows a homogeneous pattern. Age has significant influence on diastolic strain rate parameters.
