铁素体区热轧Ti-IF钢的析出物研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过透射电镜观察了 IF钢在铁素体区轧制时开轧温度、压下量、润滑条件等工艺参数对析出物的形貌、大小、分布和数量方面的影响。结果表明 :不同轧制工艺下的析出物基本上都是由 Ti N、 Ti S、 Ti4 C2 S2 和 Ti C组成 ,并且随着开轧温度的升高 ,析出物的总体平均尺寸减小 ,较小尺寸的 Ti4 C2 S2 粒子数量增多 ,而 Ti (C、 N)粒子数量减少。 The effects of different rolling technology on ap pearance, amount, size and distribution of precipitation has been studied by usi ng transmission electron microscope The results show that the second particles mainly are TiN, TiS, Ti 4C 2S 2 and TiC etc, and the average size of grains r educes and the number of smaller particles increases with the rise of beginning rolling temperature
