摘要 通过对新型 718塑料模具钢大模块淬火过程进行计算机数值模拟 ,结合金相组织与硬度测试制订了一种淬火的新工艺 ,即高温 930℃完全奥氏体化后直接空冷。该工艺能使整个模块均获得贝氏体组织 ,保证模块硬度在 2 9~ 35 HRC的范围内 ,而且同一截面硬度差值小于 3HRC。此外 ,淬火冷却过程中表面与心部的温差较小 ,明显减小了淬火裂纹产生的可能性。 In order to optimize the quenching technology o f the new plastic die steel 718, the numerical simulation on quenching process was carried out Combined with observation of metallographic microstructure and har dness testing, a new quenching technology-completely austenitizing at 930 ℃ an d directly cooling to room temperature in the air, was successfully designed for this kind of steel The technology can ensure that the bainite can be obtained all over the whole large module after quenching, and the hardness is in the rang e of 29-35HRC with the biggest difference less than 3HRC in the same section I n addition, the possibility of cracking is greatly reduced due to the smaller te mperature difference between the surface and the center during the process of qu enching
