健胃愈疡颗粒对消化性溃疡患者胃黏膜VEGF mRNA表达的影响(英文)

Effect of Jianweiyuyang Granules on expression of VEGF mRNA of human peptic ulcer margin*

目的探讨健胃愈疡颗粒(JWYY)对消化性溃疡(PU)患者胃黏膜VEGF mRNA表达的影响,揭示其抗溃疡复发的分子机制。方法将60例胃镜下确诊的GU(中医辨证为肝郁脾虚证)患者,随机分为JWYY治疗组和西药对照组,每组30例;另设胃镜下无胃黏膜病变的患者10例为正常组。两组PU患者第1个疗程结束前后均于胃镜下取溃疡边缘组织活检标本用RT-PCR方法检测VEGF mRNA。结果JWYY能提高人胃黏膜VEGFmRNA表达,两组经统计学处理无显著性差异。结论JWYY能增强人胃黏膜VEGF mRNA的上增性表达,从而提高溃疡愈合质量,是JWYY抗消化性溃疡复发作用的部分机制。

Objective: To study whether Jianweiyuyang (JWYY) Granules accelerate ulcer healing through enhancing the expression of VEGF mRNA and angiogenesis. Methods: The expression of VEGF mRNA in human gastric mucosa was measured using reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in 60 peptic ulcer patients who were divided into 2 groups randomly and in ten normal people. Results: The expression of VEGF mRNA in human gastric mucosa increased. There was no obvious statistic difference between JWYY group and Ranitidine control group. Conclusion: JWYY can enhance the expression of VEGF mRNA in human gastric mucosa and that may be the mechanism for JWYY improving the quality of ulcer healing and treating the peptic ulcer.
