Preparation of reference material of neferine

目的制备甲基莲心碱对照品。方法柱层析分离,重结晶纯化甲基莲心碱,UV,IR,NMR,MS,HPLC及TLC等方法确定甲基莲心碱的结构和纯度。结果该方法得到的甲基莲心碱的纯度达到了98.85%。结论此甲基莲心碱对照品的纯度达到新药研究所需对照品的要求,且实验步骤较简单。

Objective: To investigate the preparation of the reference material of neferine. Methods: Column chromatography and recrystallization were adopted to isolate and purify neferine, while its structure and purity were determined by UV, IR, NMR, MS, TLC and HPLC analysis. Results: The purity of neferine prepared according to this method was 98.85%. Conclusion: The purity of neferine meets with the standard of the reference material, and the steps of the experiment are simple.
