摘要
目的研究预注小剂量依托咪酯可预防依托咪酯引起的肌震颤.方法选择无神经肌肉传导功能障碍性疾病的择期手术病人150例,按依托咪酯预注剂量分为5组,观察预注小剂量依托咪酯后是否引起肌震颤以及对病人意识的影响.观察各组对依托咪酯诱导引起的肌震颤及插管条件的影响.结果依托咪酯预注剂量为0.030~0.075mg/kg时,能够降低其诱导时产生的肌震颤发生率.结论预注小剂量托咪酯能够预防其诱导时引起的肌震颤.
Objective: To prevent myoclonus induced by etomidate through injection of small dose of etomidate in advance. Methods: 150 patients without diseases of neuromuscular conduction were included and divided into 5 group. 5 dosages of etomiddate were injected in advance in order to observe their effects on intubation condition and myoclomus induced by etomidate for induction. Results: Venous injection of etomidate in advance at 0.030~0.075 mg/kg obviously reduced myoclonus, and didn,t cause myoclonus themselves. Conclusion: Injection of small dose of etomidate in advance can prevent myoclonus induced by etomidate for induction.
