尿道拖入术治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄42例报告

Use of pull-through technique for complex posterior urethral stricture (reports of 42 cases)

目的探讨复杂性后尿道狭窄的有效手术方法,提高其治疗水平。方法采用尿道拖入法治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄,闭锁42例。结果42例病人中,39例获得一次性成功,3例病人需经尿道再次手术解除活瓣和增殖性斑痕,总治愈率达93%。结论尿道拖入术是治疗复杂性后尿道狭窄的简单可靠术式,应作为合并尿道会阴瘘患者的首选。

Objective: To improve the operative treatment of posterior urethral stricture. Methods: Form 1995 to 2003, the use of pull-through technique was carried out in the operative treatment of posterior urethral stricture of obliteration for 42 patients. Results: Success has been achieved in 39 patients with good voiding. Failure occurred in 3 patients because of postoperative valve or proliferous scar tissue who need to accept transurethral resection again. Conclusion: The use of pull-through technique is a simple and efficacious management for complex posterior urethral stricture, especially suitable for the patients with fistula.
