X-J超级化心脏保存液的研制及作用效果

摘要 目的研究和探讨含尼可地尔的X-J超级化心脏保存液对离体兔心低温保存的有效时限和保存效果.方法将32只健康成年兔平均分成4组,每组动物摘取心脏后用X-J超级化液进行低温保存离体供心;Ⅰ组,离体供心低温保存4 h;Ⅱ组低温保存6h;Ⅲ组低温保存8h;Ⅳ组低温保存10 h.采用离体工作心模型,观察保存前后离体兔心的心功能、心肌细胞Ca2+、Ca2+-ATPase活性,心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ、心脏冠脉流量、心肌含水量及超微结构的变化.结果随着离体心脏低温保存时间的延长心功能遂渐减弱,心肌细胞Ca2+浓度升高,Ca2+-ATPase活性降低,心肌含水量增加.在低温保存4~6h心肌超微结构均呈轻度损伤;在低温保存8h和10 h心肌超微结构变化呈中度损伤.结论 X-J超级化保存液对离体心脏低温4h、6h保存效果与保存前无差异.8h、10h组分别与6h组相比保存效果有明显差异.
