摘要
初步研究了钕铁硼磁性材料在粘胶纤维生产中的应用,结果表明在钕铁硼磁性材料磁场的作用下,粘胶原液的纺丝性能的某些指标发生了改变,磁场对纺丝原液的粘度,熟成度、过滤值以及酯化度都有影响。这一结果为选择合适的磁参数应用于实际的具体生产实践具有指导作用,同时为稀土永磁材料在化学纤维的生产中的应用进行了新的尝试。
This paper introduces the application of the NdFeB permanent magnet material to the field of viscose cellulose production. The results show that some properties of raw material solution of viscose cellulose,such as viscosity, filtrate property, maturity degree and esterification degree,had changed after treatment of magnetic field.The changes of these properties can improve the process of spinning fiber. The results are useful to the process of producing viscose cellulose.
