摘要
目的探讨藻酸双酯钠对老年冠心病患者血脂及血液流变性的影响。方法132例伴高脂血症及高黏血症的老年冠心病患者随机分为治疗组及对照组 ,治疗组在基础治疗上加用藻酸双酯钠100mg静滴 ,每日1次 ,2周为1疗程 ,对照组除不用藻酸双酯纳外 ,其他治疗与治疗组相同 ,治疗前后检测血脂及血液流变性各项指标。结果藻酸双酯钠治疗组血脂及血液流变性各项指标有显著改善 (P<0.01) ,而对照组仅全血黏度有所改善(P<0.05) ,其它各项指标无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论藻酸双酯钠是一种调节血脂代谢紊乱和改善血液高黏度的理想药物 ,对防治冠心病非常有益。
Objective To investigate the effects of polysaccharide sulphate(PSS)on blood lipids and hemorrheology in coronary heart disease of the elderly patients.Methods132aged patients with hyperlipidemia and hyperviscosity condition were randomly divided into treament group and control group.67patients in treament group were treated with PSS in dose of100mg per day for2weeks,while65patients in control group were given the same cure as the treament group other than PSS.The indexes of blood lipids and hemorrheology were detected beˉfore and after treatment.Results The indexes of blood lipids and hemorrheology in treatment group were signifiˉcantly improved(P<0.01)after2weeks’treatment with PSS.Blood viscosity in control group was improved(P<0.05),others were not obviously improved(P>05).Conclusions PSS is an ideal drug which can improve the indexes of blood lipids and hemorrheology and is helpful to the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
