摘要 研究了一种从碱性矿石中堆浸提铀的新工艺 ,即加溶浸剂 (Na2 CO3 、NaHCO3 )加热强化浸出工艺。该工艺的流程为 :原矿→破碎→焙烧→预处理→加热→浸取与洗涤→铀的浓缩与纯化。使用该工艺可以使铀的浸出率达到 82 %以上 (常规堆浸 5 1% ) ,而且 ,浸出时间只有 8d(常规堆浸 3 6d) ,液固比 (L/S)只有 0 .8(常规堆浸 2 .7) ,使浸出液的铀金属质量浓度成倍地增加 ,这非常有利于铀的浓缩与纯化。 A study has been made on a new process of extracting uranium by alkaline heap leaching, which is an intensified leaching by adding lixiviant (Na 2CO 3,NaHCO 3) and heating. The process circuit is as the following: original ore →crushing → roasting → pretreatment → heating → leaching and washing → concentration and purification. Using this technique can make the extracting rate of uranium reach to 82% and above (51% for conventional heap leaching) under the condition of leaching for 8 days (36 days for conventional heap leaching) at a liquid -solid ratio of 0.8(2.7 for conventional heap leaching). Therefore, the concentration of uranium metal doubly increases, which is beneficial for concentrating and purifying uranium.
