甲床扩大术的临床分析

Clinical analysis on nail-bed lengthening

目的 报道临床应用甲床扩大术的方法及疗效。方法 2 0 0 1年 6月至 2 0 0 4年 1月 ,对因外伤引起手指远端缺损而致甲床过小的 45例患者 ,采用切除甲皱襞和矩形推进皮瓣两种方法行甲床扩大术治疗。术后随访 5个月～ 2年 ,以最后 1次的功能进行评估。结果 术后 45例的甲床皆有不同程度的扩大 ,无明显并发症发生。结论 甲床扩大术手术简单 ,效果满意 ,是治疗外伤性甲床部分缺损的有效方法。

Objective To report the methods and its treatment outcome in lengthening of nail-bed. Methods From June 2001 to January 2004, the nail-bed in the 45 patients with distal nail defect caused by injury were lengthened, including excision of nail plica and rectangular advanced flap . The postoperative follow-up period was 5 months to 2 years. The result was analyzed by the last follow-up. Results All 45 patients had nail lengthening at different degree. There was no significant complication. Conclusion The lengthening of nail-bed is simple in procedure and satisfactory in treatment outcome, which is an effective method for treatment of injuried nail-bed partial defect.
