Treatment of telangiectasia of face with photorejvenation

目的 探讨强脉冲光子嫩肤仪治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的临床疗效。方法 应用强脉冲光子嫩肤仪对 30 0例面部毛细血管扩张症的患者行 3～ 5次治疗 ,每次治疗间隔 3周 ,并观察临床疗效。结果 随访观察治疗后的 30 0例患者 2～ 4个月 ,治愈者 16 4例占 5 4 .7%,显效者 96例占 32 .0 %,有效者 2 5例占 8.3%,无效者 15例占 5 .0 %,总有效率为 95 .0 %。结论 强脉冲光子嫩肤仪治疗面部毛细血管扩张症 ,其方法操作简单、无损伤 ,治疗后无色素沉着及瘢痕等并发症 ,是一种安全有效较新的面部美容方法。

Objective To observe the result of using intense pulsed light for treating telangiectasia. Methods The photorejvenation thereatment was conducted for treating telangiectasia and flushing on the face in 3～5 sessions with 3 weeks interval between sessions. Then the results were recorded and analysde. Results Intense pulsed light was used for treating telangiectasia in 300 cases for 2～4 month. Complete recovery was achieved in 164 cases (54.7%), significant improvement was noticed in 96 cases (32.0%), moderate clearance of the area was recorded in 25 cases (8.3%), and 15 cases (5.0%) were presented with no improvement. The effectiveness of the method is 88.2%. Conclusion Intense pulsed light is a successful method of treating telangiectasia and flushing of the face. The procedure has easy operational technique and does not cause damages such as pigmentation, scarring and other side effects to the skin. It is safer and more effective than other invasive treatments, which makes it a new successful choice.
