摘要
目的 介绍为 3例Tessier 3型面裂鼻眼畸形患者行整复术的经验。方法 1例患者经Z成形术和鼻内眦固定术矫正 ,1例患者经鼻唇沟皮瓣和Z成形术矫正 ,1例患者经联合应用鼻唇沟皮瓣、额鼻皮瓣和睑颊颧部旋转皮瓣矫正。结果 3例患者均获得较满意的矫正效果 ,无并发症发生。结论 只要病例选择适当 ,应用局部皮瓣矫正不完全型Tessier 3型面裂鼻眼畸形可获得较满意的效果。
Objective To introduce our experiences in the treatment of the naso-ocular deformities in 3 patients with Tessier No.3 craniofacial cleft. Methods Z-plasty and transnasal medial canthopexy, nasolabial flap and Z-plasty, and nasolabial flap in combination with frontonasal flap and rotation flap, were used in these 3 patients respectively. Results Naso-ocular deformities were effectively corrected in all patients without complication. Conclusion Using local flaps for naso-ocular deformities in the patient with incomplete patten of Tessier No.3 craniofacial cleft may obtain satisfactory result.
