摘要 目的 检测MC - 1R在自体移植皮片中的表达 ,并与自身正常皮肤作对照 ,初步认识MC - 1R在自体移植皮片过度色素沉着中的作用。方法 利用免疫组织化学方法检测自体中厚移植皮片与供区及受区周围自体正常对照皮肤中MC - 1R的表达 ,并行统计学分析。结果 MC - 1R的表达定位于表皮基底部黑素细胞、角朊细胞的胞浆及胞膜 ,在大部分自体中厚移植皮片中呈强阳性表达 ,其强阳性表达率为 6 7.7% ,与在自体正常对照皮肤中的表达差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;MC - 1R在受区周围与供区正常对照皮肤中的表达差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 1)。结论 MC - 1R在自体中厚移植皮片中的表达较在自体正常对照皮肤中显著增高 ,在自体移植皮片过度色素沉着中起重要调控作用。 Objective To detect the expression of melanocortin-1 receptor(MC-1R) in human split thickness skin autofrafts and contrast to the normal skin, elucide the role of MC-1R in hyperpigmented process of skin autografts. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was performed to detect the expression and distribution of MC-1R in split thickness skin autografts and normal skin respectively.Statistics was used to analyze the data. Results The expression of MC-1R in most split thickness skin autografts was much stronger than that of control normal skin, the positive ratio of MC-1R expression was 67.7% in split thickness skin autografts, 16.7% in split skin of donor area and 22.2% in split skin around recipient area. The expression of MC-1R in split thickness skin autografts was significant differences compared with normal skin(P<0.01). The expression of MC-1R in normal skin of donor area was no statistic remarkably differences compared with normal skin around recipient area. Conclusion The results indicate that the expression of MC-1R was markedly increased in split thickness skin autografts than in cortrol samples and was correlated with the pigmentation of skin autografts. Overexpression of MC-1R may play a important role in hyperpigmented process of skin autografts.
