摘要
随着计算机技术的发展,高频变压器的应用越来越广泛,其可靠性成为关注的焦点。影响高频变压器可靠性的主要因素是环境温度,温度的变化会导致电感值的变化,从而影响变压器的性能。因此,必须对高频变压器进行可靠性试验,特别是温度试验,并对试验方法、试验数据的采集、试验结果的分析进行了介绍。
With the development of computer technology, high-frequency transformers are used more and more widely, and reliability is of much concern. The main factor that affects the reliability of high-frequency transformer is the ambient temperature,and the change of the temperature may lead to the variation of inductance,resulting in the change of transformer's performance. Reliability test is necessary for high-frequency transformer,especially temperature test. The test method, collection of test data and analysis of test results are discussed.
