摘要
以主成分值为基础,通过动态聚类分析,结合血缘追踪,将110个玉米自交系划分为5大类群:ReidYellowDent、Lancaster、唐四平头、旅大红骨及其它类群。自交系的血缘和聚类分析划分的类群有紧密联系,但并不绝对;不同类群自交系间的遗传差异大,杂种优势强,配置杂交组合时,应尽量在不同类群间选配亲本。同时,也对聚类方法进行了讨论,为其在玉米育种中的应用作了有益探索。
According to principal components index and consanguinity of inbred,110 maize inbreds were clustered into 5 groups: Reid Yellow Dent,Lancaster,Tangsipingtou,Ludahonggu and others. The relationship between the cluster group and the consanguinity of inbred was close, but not perfectly corresponding.The genetic difference of inbred among groups were larger than that within the same group, the heterosis among group was higher than that within the same group.In order to breed outstanding cross, the parents should be selected among different group.In this paper ,the way to use cluster analysis in maize breeding was discussed also.
