摘要
以25%(w/v)PEG 6000作渗透介质,模拟干旱条件,同时设对照处理,对不同水稻品种(系)芽期的发芽率、芽鞘长、芽长、根数、胚根长、根干重、芽干重进行了测定。结果表明:相对胚根长、相对芽长、相对芽干重可作水稻芽期抗旱性鉴定指标,以各性状相对值的抗旱级别而得出的抗旱总级别来鉴定水稻品种(系)抗旱性较为准确。用此方法对76个品种(系)进行了抗旱性鉴定,效果良好。
25 % PEG-6000(w/v) was used to induce water stress , coleoptile length, radicle length, germination length, root number, germination rate, the dry weight of germinations and roots of different of rice at germinating stage were measured. The results showed that relative radicle length, relative germination length and relative dry weight of germinations could be used as indexes of assessing the drought resistance at germinating stage of rice .It was better that total classes from relative classes of the drought resistance was used to screen drought resistance of rice varieties .The drought resistance of 76 rice varieties was evaluated with this method .It was proved that the way was reliable.
