根据错配位错理论 ,提出了对钢中MnS与奥氏体之间半共格界面比理论计算方法 ,包括比界面能σ1,侧面上的比界面能σ2 ,MnS沉淀初期侧面上的比界面能σ′2 和平均比界面能的计算。当MnS尺寸很小时(≤ 10 0nm)MnS长短轴比为 5 3,当继续长大时 ,长短轴比值降低至 1
Based on misfitting dislocation theory, a method of theoretical calculation for specific interfacial energy of semi-coherent interface between MnS and austenite in steel has been developed including specific interfacial energy σ 1, side specific interfacial energy σ 2, side specific interfacial energy at early period of MnS precipitation σ ′ 2 and average specific interfacial energy calculation. As the size of MnS is very small - no more than 100 nm, the ratio between major axis and minor axis of MnS is 5.3 and with continuous growing, the ratio between major and minor axis decreases to about 1.5.
