钢管热连轧机架耐磨复合衬板的研制 被引量:5

摘要 研制了基板 - 10mm厚成分 (% )为 0 15~ 0 2 0C ,0 8~ 1 5Mn的 16Mn钢板与复板 -成分 (% )为0 6~ 1 0C ,0 5~ 1 0Si,0 8~ 1 2Mn ,0 5~ 1 5Cr,0 4~ 0 6Ni,0 4~ 0 8Mo ,0 0 0 5~ 0 0 15B ,0 0 5~ 0 10Y ,0 0 8~0 15K ,0 0 8~ 0 15Na的耐磨钢板经爆炸焊接工艺制成钢管热连轧机架耐磨复合衬板。复合衬板试验和应用结果表明 ,钢板复层表面硬度HRC6 0 ,结合层剪切强度 340MPa ,使用 8月个后的磨损量小于 0 2mm ,比常用表面处理衬板和轧制复合衬板磨损量低 The clad steel liner for tube hot continuous rolling mil stand with 10 mm base plate of steel 16Mn - 0.15~0.20C, 0.8~1.5Mn and clad of abrasion resistance steel - 0.6~1.0C, 0.5~1.0Si, 0.8~1.2Mn, 0.5~1.5Cr, 0.4~0.6Ni, 0.4~0.8Mo, 0.005~0.015B, 0.05~0.10Y, 0.08~0.15K, 0.08~0.15Na manufactured by blast welding process has been developed. The clad steel liner test and application results showed that with clad surface hardness HRC60, shearing strength 340 MPa of compound layer, the wear-away depth of clad after service for 8 months was less than 0.2 mm, 2 times lower than that of general surface treated liner and rolled clad steel liner.
