西宁特钢采用 6 0tConsteel电弧炉 6 0tLF(VD) 70 0kg铸锭工艺生产 6 0Si2CrVAT弹簧钢 (% ) :0 5 6～ 0 6 4C ,1 4 0～ 1 80Si,0 90～ 1 2 0Cr,0 10～ 0 19V ,≤ 0 0 2 0P ,≤ 0 0 2 0S。Consteel电弧炉偏心底出钢留渣作业 ,熔炼温度控制在 15 6 0～ 15 90℃ ,冶炼全过程泡沫渣长弧操作 ,可使电弧炉出钢时钢水中磷含量≤0 0 15 % ,LF精炼时加铝脱氧 ,氩气搅拌 ,控制钢中全铝含量为 0 0 2 5 %～ 0 0 5 0 % ,并经VD处理使钢中氧含量达 (9～ 12 )× 10 -6,氢含量为 (0 6～ 0 9)× 10 -6。检验结果表明 ,钢中A细类夹杂≤ 1 0级 ,B细类夹杂为 0 5级 ,其余为

Spring steel 60Si2CrVAT: 0.56～0.64C, 1.40～1.80Si, 0.90～1.20Cr, 0.10～0.19V, ≤0.020P, ≤0.020S was melted by 60 t Consteel arc furnace - 60 t LF(VD) - 700 kg ingot casting process at Xining Special. The phosphorus content in tapping liquid steel of arc furnace was ≤0.015% by Consteel arc furnace eccentric bottom tapping operation, melting temperature controlling between 1 560 ℃ and 1 590 ℃ and foaming slag long arc operation during melting cycle. Oxygen content in steel was (9～12)×10 -6 and hydrogen content was (0.6～0.9)×10 -6 by Al deoxidization, Ar stirring during LF (VD) refining and controlling total Al content- 0.025%～0.050% in steel. Examination results showed that A thin series rating of inclusion was ≤1 unit, B thin series rating was 0.5 unit and the rest were 0 unit.
