摘要
对LY-9801型裂解汽油烯烃加氢催化剂消除内外扩散进行了系统的反应动力学实验,考察了温度、压力、空速、氢油比及其催化剂装量对裂解汽油选择性加氢反应体系的影响,开展了裂解汽油中若干种二烯烃催化加氢反应的本征动力学研究,建立了本征动力学模型。
The reaction kinetics of eliminating the internal diffusion and external diffusion for LY-9801 hydrogenation catalyst was studied.The effects of temperature,pressure,space velocity,hydrogen-oil ratio and catalyst amount on the selective hydrogenation of the pyrolysis gasoline were investigated.Based on the experimental data,intrinsic kinetics models of six diolefins in hydrogenation reaction were set up.
