摘要
通过研究LDR工艺锦纶6切片的粒径、萃取水温度、浴比以及浓缩液对民用高速纺切片中可萃取物含量的影响,探讨了锦纶6切片的萃取工艺,并获得优化萃取效果的最佳工艺参数;同时测定了萃取塔内各段的温度分布及最高允许操作温度,为聚合装置提高切片质量、节能降耗提供操作依据。
The extraction process of nylon 6 high-speed spinning chip was studied.The effects of chip diameter,temperature of extracting water,bath ratio and concentrate on the content of extractable material in chip were investigated and optimun process parameters were obtained.The quality of chips was improved and the comsumption of energy and material decreased.
