单晶叶片材料拉/压屈服特性的力学研究 被引量:2

THE MECHANICAL STUDY OF THE TENSION/COMPRESSION FLOW ASYMMETRY OF NICKEL BASE TURBINE BLADE ALLOYS

摘要 迄今已对 Ni 基单相(γ′)单晶合金在不同状态下的拉/压屈服特性进行了较广泛的研究,并在一定程度上达到共识。本文在此基础上对单晶叶片材料(γ与γ两相组成)的拉/压屈服特性进行分析,给出了一组适合于试样和结构分析的、能反映其拉/压屈服特性的力学表达式及分析程序。并用实验结果进行了验证。 So far,the tension/compression flow behavior of Nickel-base γ′ -phase single crystal alloys in vari- ous conditions have been studied extensively,and the general agreement has been derived.Based on these,the pa- per analysed the tension/compression flow behavior of turbine blade alloys,i.e.made up of γ and γ′ phases,and exposes a set of mechanical expressions and analysis procedures for that of specimens and structure.All the results were confirmed by the experiments.
