摘要
介绍了Mo,Ta,W药型罩材料的制备、材料的力学性能及材料的弹道试验。结果表明,Mo,Ta,W,贫铀合金的侵彻性能均较传统Cu药型罩材料有很大的提高,完全可替代Cu材并满足现代武器发展的要求。同时,还提出了难熔金属药型罩材料的研发方向。
Molybdenum, tantalum, tungsten, and their alloys exhibit a combination of excellent properties, including high densities, high or moderate sound velocities, eximious dynamic fracture characters, which makes them promising and candidate materials for shaped charge and explosively formed penetrator liners. The processing, properties and some results of ballistic experiments have been investigated in detail in this paper. The results shows that the penetrating properties of molybdenum, tantalum, tungsten, deplete-uranium alloy liners are superior to that of conventional copper liner. It's meant that they can successfuly take the place of conventional copper and satisfy with the requirements of the developments of modem weapons. Some trends of R&D of refractory metals liner materials have been also discussed.
