摘要
针对钨冶金产品中锡含量超标的现象 ,从考察钨原料中锡的含量和锡的存在形式着手 ,研究仲钨酸铵生产过程中锡的行为 ,全面探析钨产品中锡含量过高的原因 ,对比几种常用的钨冶金方法 ,得出了用离子交换工艺生产的钨产品中锡含量容易超标的结论。
In view of overranging of stannum content in tungsten products, a study begins with the content and existing form of stannum in raw materials, and then focuses on its behavior during preparation of APT. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the reasons of overranging of stannum content and a comparison among the common metallurgical methods for tungsten, it is concluded that the ion exchange technique makes the stannum content in tungsten products easy to be overheight.
