摘要
GD^2设计方法是着重考虑机械运动惯性动力学在设计机电一体化机械传动系统时,应用的一种简便实用的方法。GD^2设计方法对机械传动系统进行动态分析、特别是对合理选择频繁启动和停止、急速往复运动等系统的伺服控制电机功率和扭矩,节约能源有重要意义。本文介绍了GD^2法基本原理并给出了设计计算实例。
GD^2design is a handy and practical method, when mechanical movement dynamics of inertia is considered in the design of mechanic transimission system of electronic-mechanical products. The GD^2designing method has an important significance on the dynamic analysis to the mechanic transmission, especially on the rational selection of power and torque and saving of energy of the servo-motor used in the systems of frequent starting. Stopping and rapid reciprocating movement. This paper introduces the basic principle of GD^2method and presents examples of designing calculations.
