脉动气力输送装置的设计

The design of pulsate pneumatic conveyer

1 单管气刀脉动气力输送气力输送由于其生产率高,设备结构简单,自动化程度高,易于装卸,有利于环境保护等特点,在轻工、化工、冶金和食品等工业部门用于输送粉粒状物料,如聚乙烯粉、聚丙烯粉、尼龙颗粒、水泥、碱性炉渣以及奶粉、面粉、大米、茶叶等,应用十分广泛。但它与带式输送机、螺旋输送机等相比其动力消耗比较大,为克服气力输送这一缺点,国内外从事这方面工作的科技人员近年来为此作了大量的工作。

The components and characteristics of pulsate pneumatic conveyer with single-pipe air cutters are introduced in this paper. From the viewpoint of material plug stress and its movement, simplified calculation formulas are made for pressure loss of the transfering pipe in the conveyer. The main parameters for this device are analysized and feasible calculation methods for enginerring design are given out.
