摘要 在塑料注射成形流动保压模拟结果的基础上 ,提出了基于节点特征模型的熔接缝位置确定新算法 ,通过对熔接缝性能影响因素的深入分析 ,创建了基于人工神经网络方法的熔接缝性能评价模型 。 With the predicted results of filling and post-filling simulation, a reliable and efficient algorithm to detect the location of meld lines has been presented. After analyzing the factors that affect the properties of meld lines amply, an evaluation model based on artificial neural network method was presented, which realized quantitative prediction of the properties of meld lines.
