双曲度扁壳拉深件面畸变的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 以矩形双曲度扁壳为模型 ,研究了其拉深件面畸变分布、评价方法及形成机制 ,得到了压边力、型面曲率半径 (凸模弦高 )、板料厚度、材料性能、拉深筋对面畸变的影响规律 。 The surface deflection was studied through the experiments of rectangle double-curved shallow shell drawing parts, and the measured method and evaluated criterion of surface deflection were presented. The mechanism of surface deflection was analyzed. And the influence laws of forming condition on surface deflection are achieved, such as binder force, curvature radius (arc height of punch), sheet thickness, material properties and draw-beads, which give a basic reference for controlling surface deflections.
