Advance in research of susceptibility genes of type 2 diabetes

摘要 2型糖尿病是一种常见的具有明显异质性的多基因复杂疾病 ,为了阐明其发病机制 ,国内外学者应用定位克隆法、候选基因法等多种研究策略鉴定 2型糖尿病的易感基因 ,取得了一定进展 。 Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a highly heterogeneous complex disease with obvious inheritance tendency. In order to clarify the pathogenesis of this disease, researchers all over the world have taken many strategies, such as positional cloning and candidate genes approach, to identify the susceptibility genes, and have made some progress. The advance in research of type 2 diabetes will be reviewed in this essay.
