总结过去及近来食品中甲醛测定的各种方法及最新进展,给出不同方法的适用范围、最低检出量及实验中注意的问题,对方法间的差异、各自的特点、干扰情况进行了比较,对不同食品中甲醛测定方法的选择具有指导意义。
