摘要
城市新区社会经济发展具有系统性、动态性、目的性、可控性、复杂性的共同特点.引入系统动力学仿真模型对新区社会-经济-环境系统的发展趋势进行战略分析,使新区有目的的按规划发展,可以避免老城区发展的弊病,建设一个环境与经济协调发展的健康系统.以沈阳浑南新区为例,建立模型进行社会经济发展预测,并进行规划方案的分析.
New economic development zones (NEDZs) have become new economic growth points in many cities and regions, and possessed important significance to the social and economic development of cities in China. Social economic development in urban new zones possessed some characters of system, dynamics, object, control and complication. System dynamics models all introduced for strategic analysis of developing trend of social-economic-environmental system to make new zones developed based on the plan with object, can avoid disadvantages in old urban area and construct a healthy system of economy and environment coordinative development. Model is established to forecast the social and economic development, taking the Hunnan new zone in Shenyang City as an example; and to analyze the planning alternative.
