摘要
通过正交试验进行配方优化 ,考察氢氧化铝改性氮 -磷环氧树脂复合体系的阻燃性 ,分析氢氧化铝的热分解温度和用量对氮 -磷环氧树脂阻燃性的影响。实验结果表明 :氢氧化铝经过特殊处理 ,可以将其热分解温度从195 3 5℃提高到 2 42 15℃ ;在氮 -磷环氧树脂体系中 ,氢氧化铝与环氧树脂的比例为 75∶10 0~ 80∶10 0、树脂含磷量2 8% ,树脂含氮量 1 6%时 ,树脂的燃烧等级 (UL 94等级 )可达到V 0等级 ,氧指数可达 3 5 %~ 3 6% ,覆铜板的最大烟密度值降低到 2 2 0
The influence of aluminum hydroxide on the flame retardancy of N-P-epoxy resin was studied with orthogonal experiments. With a special treatment,the thermal-decomposition temperature of aluminum hydroxide was increased from 195.35 ℃ to 242.15 ℃. When 75~80 phr of aluminum hydroxide was introduced into an epoxy resin with phosphor and nitrogen contents 2.8 wt% and 1.6 wt%, respectively, the resin reached a burning rank of V-0 and the oxygen index was 35 %~36 %,and the maximum smoke density level of CCL decreased from 680.6 to 220.3.
