摘要 目的:准确测量乳房体积是成功进行隆乳术、缩乳术等与乳房体积增减有关的手术的前提。研究应用计算机辅助光学投射条纹测试技术(computer-aidedprojectionfringemeasurement,CAPFM)测量乳房体积,并探讨该技术的可行性和先进性。方法:基于CAPFM基本原理和软件编程技术研制乳房体积测量系统,采用该系统测量塑料人体模特乳房体积,并与体积置换测量法(volumereplacedmeasurement,VRM)相比较。结果:实验表明应用该系统测量乳房体积具有以下优点:①非接触性测量过程。②测量速度快,采集数据仅需0.5s,测量总耗时大约2min。③自动化程度高,测量过程基本由计算机软件控制。④测量灵敏度达1mL,完全满足临床需要。⑤与VRM法相比较,两者的测量准确度无明显差别。结论:应用CAPFM测量乳房体积的方法是可行的和先进的。 AIM: Accurate measurement of breast volume is the precondition for breast augmentation or reduction, and other operations that relate to breast volume. The paper is aimed to measure breast volume with computer aided projection fringe measurement(CAPFM)and probe into its feasibility and advancement. METHODS: Breast volume measuring system was developed based on the rudiment of CAPFM and the programmed technique of software. The breast volume of plastic manikin was measured with this system .At the same time, it was also measured with volume replaced measurement (VRM) for comparison. RESULTS: This study indicated that the CAPFM system had some merits: ①It was a non contact measurement. ②It was very rapid, collecting data needed only 0.5 s and all the time it cost was about 2 minutes.③The system was highly automatic and measurement course was under the control of computer software. ④The sensitivity of measurement was as high as to 1 mL, which entirely met the clinical requirement. ⑤The measurement accuracy of the system was not significantly different from that of VRM. CONCLUSION: The CAPFM system for measuring breast volume is feasible and advanced.
